Light Leather[]

You can buy these in Hollywood from Slater at the Red Spot after asking about "the Special".

You can buy these in Chinatown from Tseng in his Herbal Remedies shop.

Body Armor[]

These can only be obtained during the quest Trick or Treatment. After giving Heather Poe your blood to save her, don't tell her you're a vampire. Later, she'll show up in front of the Venture Tower in Downtown. Allow her to stay.

Later, she will start to feel unsafe. Tell her to keep going out and she'll give you the Body Armor after the Italian Dinner mission.

Alternatively, if you stay on Mercurio's good side by not telling LaCroix about his failure, you can buy the armor from him after the The Enemy of My Enemy mission in his hotel room in Santa Monica.
