This unnamed woman is a caller to The Deb of Night.
Background
She calls Deb to tell her about her favorite actor, Ash Rivers. She says that she is always present in The Asp Hole hoping she would see him. She says that while she doesn't want children, she would gladly give birth to Ash's children (not knowing that is impossible due to his status as a Kindred). She seems to disgust Deb who ends the call.
