Attention Whore is a quest available in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.

Skelter will give you this quest if you talk with him about the Masquerade at The Last Round.

Walkthrough

Brief

1. Enter the Confession club.
2. Talk to Patty.
3. Do one of the following:
   1. Persuade her that her master has gone to San Diego. ( 1 XP)
   2. Take her to the alley and kill her. ( 1 XP, Humanity Lost)
   3. If you have already spoken to Pisha, you can tell her that her master is having a rave party in the basement of the Abandoned Hospital and send her as a snack to Pisha. ( 1 XP, Humanity Lost)
   4. When Replanting a Lily quest is active, you can send her to Vandal Cleaver. (Plus Patch only) ( 1 XP, Humanity Lost)
   5. You can just suck her dry in the bar when nobody is looking. ( 1 XP, Humanity Lost)
4. Talk to Skelter.

Detailed

Leave The Last Round and head to the Confession club. Patty will be the first woman standing just past the entrance. Talk to her. There are multiple ways to complete this quest.

After you say her that you know her master, Kent Alan Ryan, you can Persuade her without lost of Humanity that he has gone to San Diego, so she will head there ( 1 XP). If you can't Persuade her, you have few options but with Humanity Loss – one of these options is that you can say her that you saw angry Kent in the alley, so she will head there and you can kill her.

The next option is available if you have already spoken to Pisha – you can say Patty that he's planning a rave in the Abandoned Hospital, so she'll become a snack for Pisha when she goes there.

The last option, available only in Plus Patch, is active after obtaining Replanting a Lily quest – you can simply send her to Vandal Cleaver who needs replacement for Lily in the Blood Bank.

If you missed all of the above options when first speaking to her, you can also just kill her by feeding while nobody is looking.

After handling the "Patty Problem", you can go back to Skelter, gain 1 XP and Masquerade Redemption, and complete the quest.

It is possible to discover the fate of Kent Alan Ryan in the Plus Patch version by exploring Grout's Mansion and obtaining his driver's license, but this has no impact on this quest.

Update: Upon receiving quest: Skelter wants you to make Patty disappear. She's a ghoul who has been bugging everyone about her master and won't believe them when they tell her he's dead. Not only is she getting tiresome, Skelter is concerned about the implications for the Masquerade if she keeps shooting her mouth off. She can usually be found whining at the club Confession to anyone unfortunate enough to talk to her.
Update: After telling Patty that her master is in the alley: You have convinced Patty to go to some dark back alley. Now what?
Update: If Patty is killed: You have "solved" the Patty problem. Report back to Skelter.
Update: If Patty is Persuaded to leave: You have convinced Patty to leave town. Report back to Skelter.
Update: Upon completion: You have informed Skelter that Patty will no longer be a problem. Quest Complete
