Devil's Brand Tattoo is a tattoo parlor in Santa Monica. It is located at the end of the street next to the Medical Clinic. It is most easily reached through the sewers by using access point F or G.
The tattoo parlor is inaccessible until A Bounty for the Hunter becomes active and the key is obtained from Carson's apartment in the Santa Monica Suites. It is a brief stop along Carson's trail, contains no items, and is host to no other game events.
