Dominic is a vampire who was converted from human to Thin Blood in the Mass Embrace.

The protagonist meets Dominic at the pier after the Mass Embrace and escaping the trial implosion. 

The haven that the protagonist will later occupy was previously Dominic's, as well as the bulletin board within the haven containing notes, graphs, and clues to potential leads, quests, conspiracy theories, and characters in the game. 

Fate

Dominic shares his address and exchanges notes with the protagonist before he is assassinated by Mr. Damp on the pier.    

Trivia

• Dominic was first introduced in the demo seen only by game journalists, as first referenced by PC World. His appearance is yet to be revealed.
• Many of factions in Seattle will mistakenly assume of Dominic is still alive all due of them meeting the Protagonist of bloodlines 2. Into which some will refer them as Dominic. That if not being meeting with the Baron himself
