Downtown is a location in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.
Los Angeles is the second main region and, incidentally, home to the headquarters of the major sects. The Anarchs meet in a pub called The Last Round; the Camarilla in the Venture Tower; the Tremere have their Chantry; and the Sabbat have occupied the nearby Hallowbrook Hotel. Downtown LA also houses several hotels, apartment buildings, a nightclub, museum and a theatre, where the trial following the fledgling's Embrace took place. There is also a haven exclusive to Nosferatu Fledglings, given to the player by Gary after the quest I Spy Barbarus. The haven is in the sewers that run beneath Downtown.
- The Hallowbrook Hotel is probably based on the Bradbury Building in Downtown LA, which has been featured in films such as Ridley Scott's cult classic Blade Runner, and Billy Wilder's film Double Indemnity.
- In the abandoned warehouse across from The Last Round, where one of the Southland Slasher's victims resides, there is a basketball hoop and a decapitated head. When the head is successfully thrown into the hoop, a soundbite of a crowd cheering and applauding will play.
- The parking garage entrance to the west of The Last Round (#12 on the map), provides an Easter egg for Malkavian characters, as they may find themselves engaged in an argument with the stop sign there, if they approach it.
