Background
Ed Jr. accompanied his parents and little sister to the Ocean House Hotel in Santa Monica for the Hotel's grand opening.
According to his Mother's diary, he went into the basement without her permission to find his then missing father on the last day of their holiday. It is most likely he was the first to be murdered. In a newspaper it can be read that a male child's head was found in one of the laundry room machines.
Ed Jr. died alongside his family; his mother and sister also killed by the Axe Murderer. Ed decapitated his son and after that, burned the hotel.
