Elysium

Elysium is neutral ground for the vampires of a city. In an Elysium, using Disciplines or firearms or any other violent behavior is prohibited and individuals are expected to keep tempers in check. Though Elysiums often serve as gathering places for Kindred, the Masquerade must normally be maintained at all times for any mortals that may be around.

• Santa Monica Suites in which Mercurio resides (provided Mercurio is not killed, one of only two human-controlled Elysiums)
• The Asylum

• Venture Tower (until the last quest, barring LaCroix's office)
• Tremere Chantry
• The Last Round
• Abandoned Hospital in which Pisha resides (Unless the fledgling chooses to fight Pisha)

Hollywood

• Abrams Golden Age Jewelry
• Asp Hole
• Vesuvius
• Luckee Star Motel (should fledgling join Anarchs)

Chinatown

• The Golden Temple (unless fledgling did not side with Ming Xiao)
• Red Dragon (one other human-controlled Elysium)
• Fu Syndicate's HQ (briefly)

Trivia

• The only Discipline allowed in the Elysium is Bloodbuff.
• There are instances when a vampire has used a Discipline in Elysium. Prince LaCroix used Dominate in order to make the fledgling obey his commands; Gary used Obfuscate in order to frighten the fledgling; and the fledgling can try to, at some point, use Dominate on Therese Voerman in order to make her end her feud with Bertram Tung.
