Gone Fishin' is a quest available in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.

Acquisition

This quest can be initiated by talking to Yukie in the Ramen Shop in Chinatown (second building on the left when exiting the Golden Temple.)

Walkthrough

Brief

1. Talk to Yukie to begin the quest
2. Talk to Ming-Xiao and ask about the Hengeyōkai, she will tell you he is called Zygaena and that he meets people in the Red Dragon.
   1. 2 XP
3. Head to the Red Dragon and talk to the man sitting at the table. Either Persuade him that you only want to talk to Zygaena or say that you want to kill him. You'll be told to go to the Fish Market.

4. Inform Yukie of the meeting and offer to help.
5. Proceed to the Golden Oceans Fish Market.
6. The man from the Red Dragon will appear and turn into the hengeyōkai.
7. Battle and kill the demon.
8. Speak to Yukie to Complete the quest and gain 3 XP.

Update: Upon receiving quest: Yukie is looking for a demon, a Hengeyōkai. She is interested in anything you can find out about it.
Update: After speaking to Ming-Xiao: Ming-Xiao has told you the Hengeyōkai's name is "Zygaena", and he entertains clients at the Red Dragon.
Update: After arranging the meeting: You have setup a meeting with Zygaena, the Hengeyōkai, at the fish market tonight. But first you'll need to tell Yukie.
Update: After talking to Yukie: You have setup a meeting with Zygaena, the Hengeyōkai, at the fish market tonight. Yukie will meet you there.
Update: Upon completion: You have destroyed the Hengeyōkai demon.

Notes

• It is possible for Yukie to be killed (either by the player or during the fight with Zygaena), which then means this quest cannot be completed.
• If Yukie is killed she will drop either a Katana if she was in Melee combat or a Crossbow otherwise.
• Yukie is in the front of the building which houses Lin in the back for Eye Gouge Hell, a locked door with a skill requirement of 10 separates the two halves. However, during this particular side mission, she won't be there.
• During the final dialogue with Yukie after defeating Zygaena, the fledgling will mention if she's relieved the Hengeyokai didn't have tentacles. This is a rather crude reference of Hentai anime, where usually Japanese schoolgirls get sexually assaulted by tentacle monsters.
• Alternatively you can kill Zygaena at the The Red Dragon during the quest before entering the Golden Oceans Fish Market.
• Delaying the end of this quest until after the Giovanni Stronghold means you can use the Saulocept for an additional 1 XP.
• There is a money clip worth $200 on the floor near the furthest pillar inside the Golden Oceans Fish Market.
