Hunters Hunting is a quest available in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.

Ash Rivers is trapped in his club Asp Hole by Vampire Hunters. The fledgling can choose to assist Ash in escaping.

Acquisition

This quest is given to the fledgling by Ash if he is spoken to and dialogue choices are made to offer to assist.

There are two ways to complete this quest, the first requires conversation skills and avoids combat. The second option requires combat to complete.

The non-combat route is easier to complete (assuming you have the correct level skills / Disciplines) but loses 1 Humanity, rewards less money and also does not offer the opportunity to loot weapons from the Hunters.

Walkthrough

Brief (swap clothes)

1. Speak to Ash and offer to help with the Hunters
2. When asked suggest that Ash swap clothes with a look-alike
3. Once Ash agrees, go downstairs and turn left to find the look-alike
4. Use Intimidate, Persuade, Dementation, Seduction or Domination to convince the look-alike to go into the bathroom and change clothes with Ash.
5. Return to Ash and tell him to go to the bathroom to change.
6. Quest Complete, 1 Humanity Lost

Brief (Fight Hunters)

1. Speak to Ash and offer to help with the Hunters
2. When asked suggest that you help Ash escape Hollywood via the sewers.
3. Ash will ask if you're sure, telling him you are will send you to the sewers.
4. Fight through the Hunters, Ash will sometimes assist with combat.
5. When you get to the end of the sewers Ash will thank you and reward you.
6. Quest Complete

Update: Upon completion (if swapping clothes is selected): You were successful in your attempt to fool Ash's hunters by having Ash change clothes with some poor chump Quest Complete
Update: Upon receiving quest (if escorting is selected): You have offered to help Ash escape the hunters by leading him through the Hollywood sewers.
Update: Upon completion (if escorting is selected): You were successful at leading Ash through the Hollywood sewers to evade the hunters. Quest Complete
