In order to fulfill the first portion of the quest, A Tangled Web, you need to acess the computer located at Megahurtz Computing by collecting the Megahurtz Computing keycard from your haven mailbox provided by Mitnick. Once there you will need to find a switch on the wall to activate the power in the shop. You will need to use the credentials and password provided by Mitnick to activate SchreckNet.
