In Malcolm St. Martin's patient files, there is a patient entry for a "D. Marsh", which suffers from "frequent bouts of sexlexia". It is unknown if Officer Marsh and D. Marsh is one and the same. Sexlexia is a term borrowed from Futurama, a TV show that ran from 1999 to 2013.
