Sil Manfretti, known famously as "Shakey Sil", was a circus knife thrower active in the 1930s.

Manfretti suffered from epilepsy. His partnership with his assistant, Scarlet Torkelson, made them famous as she managed to successfully dodge his erratic knife throws. He is mentioned in her biography, Scarlet Torkelson: Circus Performer.
