Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines Wiki

The Skyeline Apartments is a location in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.

Overview[]

The building is located directly adjacent to the Empire Arms Hotel and the Nocturne Theatre. The building separates each apartment by placing it on its own floor, accessible via either the elevator or a ventilation duct that empties into both the kitchen and the bedroom's closet in each apartment. The maintenance area also features a computer terminal holding notes on each resident and a surveillance monitor that swaps between views in each apartment. It is hinted that the owner is a peeper who sells footage and keeps a copy for 'personal enjoyment' though, fortunately for the Masquerade, he ignores Apartment 4.

A security guard is on duty in the lobby; attempting to pass through the "employees only" door next to him, in either direction, results in a criminal violation and he will turn hostile. The area beyond the door (which includes the manager's office) can be reached safely via the ventilation duct.

Residents[]

Floor 1[]

Simon Milligan, the self-admitted bogus parapsychologist and person in charge of the TV show 'Haunted L.A.'. He is also (temporarily) the sole survivor of the events in the abandoned hospital, having escaped Pisha and fleeing that place. Following the address marked on a dropped business card at the hospital, he can be tracked down here, hiding in the closet. His living room features a camera on a tripod under the stairs to its second floor balcony.

Floor 2[]

Sean Milton. There is a chalk outline on the floor by the entrance.

Floor 3[]

Georgia Welch, keypad-lock whose code is 9648. There is a keypad-locked safe in her bedroom closet. It can be opened by the computer on the balcony, whose hack difficulty is rank 6. The furnishings seem quite nice, compared to the veritable cesspit that makes up the other apartments.

Floor 4[]

Vacant, locked with a keycard. The ventilation duct to this apartment is also (initially) sealed. This apartment can become a fledgling's haven after the Elizabethan Rendezvous mission given by LaCroix, if the fledgling completed the mission without killing anyone aboard the ship and also being polite to the prince. It will provide a relic and three packs of blood in the fridge. There is also a trunk in front of the apartment's large aquarium that can be used for storing excess inventory. As with Floor 3, the player's haven is generally better appointed than the other apartments, complete with aforementioned wall-sized aquarium. Depending on player choice, this will also become the residence of Heather Poe.

Floor 5[]

Paul Anderson, a ghoul found dead during the questline for hunting plaguebearers.

Floor 6[]

Hannah Glazer, Paul's unfortunate girlfriend, found in her last moments. Her apartment has a Chinese style theme and she has a safe with some extra money — the key can be found behind one of the vases in the living room. The keypad-lock code for her apartment is 1203.
