UP/UP+ alternatives[]
Current (11.5, possibly earlier) UP+, possibly UP, yields 1 Humanity for letting Julius live. Also, there is an option to extort money in exchange for his life, yielding $100 but costing 1 Humanity, negating the Humanity gain mentioned earlier. Either way, Julius can still be attacked and killed as he makes a break for the tunnel. The quest description is not immediately updated to reflect his fate, but takes an area transition.
