The Epic of the Ankaran Sarcophagus

The Epic of the Ankaran Sarcophagus is a quest available in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.

Acquisition[]

This quest is given to the fledgling by Prince LaCroix after completing Patron of the Ancient Arts.

Brief[]

Travel to Hollywood by taxi or the sewers if Nosferatu.
Find Isaac Abrams inside the jewelry store, through the back alley.

Detailed[]

Prince LaCroix wants the fledgling to find the Nosferatu Primogen Gary Golden after the Ankaran Sarcophagus was stolen. You are commanded to go to Hollywood to seek the aid of Isaac Abrams.

After travelling to Hollywood, you will be confronted by a vampire that tells you to meet Isaac Abrams at the jewelry store at the end of the street. If you enter and leave a different area, the vampire will talk to you again to remind you to visit Abrams.

You can:

kill the Errand Vampire - humanity lost and gain a dialogue option with Abrams.
not talk to the Errand Vampire. (This one require you to be fast, you will have 2 dialogue options instead of 3 with Abrams.)
talk to the Errand Vampire and do what he says.

Abrams is located at the end of the alley, next to the jewelry store. He will tell you about his interest in a movie that he wishes to acquire, starting the quest Dead Ex.

Gary has informed you that the sarcophagus is at the Giovanni Mansion. He's even drawn you a map. How sweet.

You have killed Bruno Giovanni. You still need to deliver the Ankaran sarcophagus to the prince.

Quest Log Updated: Upon completion:

You have returned the Ankaran sarcophagus to the prince.

Bugs[]

If the Prince is intercepted in his way to his desk after he attemps to open the sarcophagus and before speaking with Beckett then he may react with the dialogues of Alistair Grout's death report restarting this question.
