Nothing is known about the Gardener except he wishes to create chaos in Seattle and uses other Kindred such as Willem Axel to achieve his purpose.

As a Malkavian, the Gardener is probably versed in all his Clan's Disciplines. He's a manipulator who isn't above using someone's family as leverage against them.

Phyre tracks down Willem Axel to a warehouse. After a fight within an illusion, Willem reveals that the Gardener is the mastermind behind and that he has Willem's family.
