The LA Sun is a newspaper that can be found throughout Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and is one of the 3 main media outlets present in the game, alongside Channel 9 News and KTLK Radio.
Copies of the newspaper can be found in many different locations and foretell several major plot points, provides background information to quests as well as world-building information not connected to occurrences within the game. The newspapers are interactive items usually found on the ground, though they cannot be stored in the inventory, only read. Some of the newspapers will update with new information as the game advances.
