Tin Can Bill is a minor character in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. He is a homeless man who lives across from The Last Round.
Biography
Events of Bloodlines
When the fledgling first meets Bill, he asks for five dollars in return for telling his tale. After paying him or promising to do so afterwards, he will tell the fledgling about a 'Monster' (actually a Plaguebearer) that kidnapped him and took him down into the sewers through a nearby manhole. Here the Plaguebearer bit and infected him with the Plague.
After telling the fledgling this, Bill loses his fight against the Plague and dies.
