The Tong is a criminal organisation based in Chinatown.
Overview[]
The Tong are described by Wong Ho as a local street gang, however it is suggested by other residents of Chinatown (such as Lu Fang) that in the past they were involved in more organised crime. It is also revealed they had dealings with the Fu Syndicate although the full extent of this is not known.
They appear to have some level of influence/dealings outside of Chinatown as evidenced by their presence Downtown during the quest Traffik.
Their current leader Johnny runs the Glaze nightclub and a number of their members can be found there.
