This quest can be received when talking to Boris Checkov at the Empire Arms Hotels during the And Her Name Was Venus quest. Note that an advanced social feat is necessary to make him offer this deal.
Walkthrough[]
Brief[]
- Go to the Confession nightclub
- Optionally talk to Venus to get her into her office and tell her about the offer Boris has made
- Kill her

Detailed[]
Once inside the Empire Arms Hotel during the And Her Name Was Venus quest, instead of killing Boris talk to him and use a social feat to get him to make this offer. After accepting his offer leave the building, go down the street and enter the Confession nightclub.
Once inside, preferably talk to Venus and talk her into going to her office upstairs. Either talk to her again and confess that Boris has made a "better" offer or simply go ahead and kill her. 1 EXP 
Humanity Loss
Once this is done, go back to Boris and tell him that the job is done, receiving $1,000 and 2 EXP for it.
